Sometimes while flipping these houses, we run across windows that have a broken pane. I know one of the first places we look is the Do-It-Yourself site. Another Flip This Past Year.....

Here are a couple before and after pics of a flip we did about 6 months ago. My favorite transformation was the kitchen and the tiled fireplace. It was a split-level home we purchased for $42,000, put approximately $18,000 in it and sold it for $108,000. That was a profit of $48,000.
