Wish you did flips in Southeast Alabama. We'll hopefully be looking for a house in the next few weeks. If the market doesn't completely collapse before then.

Very nice! This is such a tough market...how is flipping working out for you?
It's getting a little tough right now. Use to we had a house sold about the time we finished it....but now it sits on the market for 1 to 3 months.
I've always wanted to know how people got started flipping houses. Glad I found your blog!
