Welcome
My husband and I decided a while ago to start a new adventure in real estate. We purchase houses needing attention and give them a major makeover. Once they have been flipped, we sell them. It has been a profitable business up to this point.
This blog is about our experience and things we have learned along the way. We will also include any houses we currently have for sale that have already been flipped. If you have a home to sale and it needs to be flipped, then your more than welcome to contact us and we will list it on our blog under the "Houses Needing Flipped" tab. Just send us your details on the property and one nice picture. Give us the location, the selling price and your contact information.
