So here are some pictures of the first house we ever flipped. It was exciting, yet we were scared out of minds. We tried to find something that was simple and not going to dig into our pockets too much. I believe we gave approximately $32,000 for the house and put around $10,000 in the remodeling. We put it on the market for $80,000 and took an offer for $75,000. So we made a profit of around $30,000 after other fees.
I've added the before shots first......

Congratulations, the renovated house looks amazing.
Funny coming from Australia I haven't heard the term "flipping" and didn't know what to expect when I read the post.
WOW - what a difference! I really need to look into this. Do you guys do this full time or do you have outside jobs too? That house looks amazing compared to when you got it. Way to go!
It doesn't even look like the same house wow! You are good!

What a fabulous transformation! You two do good work! Wanna come redo my house?
HI,
I like the layout of your blog, very fitting to your subject.
Have you thought about maybe putting posts about houses available for sale? Might be good for traffic from other flippers?
I have a house I am trying to sell in Ohio if you think the listing thing might be a good idea I wouldn't mind being your first guinea pig lol
Or maybe you know other flippers in Ohio that might be looking for a house to buy, since birds of a feather flock together and all that.
Have a good day..
